Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Finance & Advisory
Natasha Jurado co-founded Blackwood Financial Group with a passion for helping businesses and nonprofit organizations build strong, sustainable financial foundations.
With more than seven years of experience in finance and operations, Natasha has led budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, grant management, compliance, internal controls, audits, cash-flow planning, and organizational operations. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face when financial systems are unclear, inefficient, or no longer supporting the growth of the organization.
Natasha believes financial information should empower business owners, not overwhelm them. Her approach combines accuracy, transparency, strategic thinking, and personalized service to help clients understand their numbers, protect their resources, and move forward with confidence.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Marketing & Business Development
Tommy co-founded Blackwood Financial Group with a focus on building meaningful relationships, expanding opportunities, and creating a client experience rooted in trust and genuine partnership.
As Managing Partner of Marketing and Business Development, Tommy leads the firm’s brand growth, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and client development efforts. He works to ensure that prospective and existing clients feel heard, supported, and connected to financial solutions that align with their goals.
